I am convinced that companies, with all their specialities, always need temporary experts for their projects and special requirements. I have a broad
range of expertise, from energy trading and sales to grids and renewables. What sets me apart is my ability to quickly familiarise myself with new areas
of knowledge and deliver solutions using an interdisciplinary approach.
I obtained my diploma (“Diplom-Kauffrau”) at the Westfälische Wilhelms-
Universität, specialising in International Business Relations (Prof. Dieckheuer) and
International Marketing (Prof. Meffert).
After holding various positions in the municipal energy industry, I founded my own
company in 2012. My areas of expertise range from project management,
organisational development, process and contract management to interim
management.
My personal profile is characterised by a high level of project management know-
how, moderation skills, solution-oriented communication, a team-oriented and
authentic way of working, a high degree of independence and ambition,
enthusiasm and empathy, resilience and perseverance.
I have gained experience in this with renowned coaches.
I am a certified Scrum-Master.
